Where is this hope?
Hope from hearts and minds.
In tomorrow’s potential.
Hope is the light we carry into the darkness.
In your DNA’s unbroken chain of replication.
Why persistence?
Without it, dreams remain imaginary.
Breakthroughs are just beyond perceived limits.
Persist because giving up guarantees’ failure.
You persist because you matter. You matter because you persist
“Ask not for a lighter load to bear but for broader shoulders with which to bear it.”
Questions built me, questions guide me, questions provide for me.
Good questions enlighten.
Hope is the expectation that tomorrow will be better than today.
Persistence is the regular repetition of actions and works regardless of circumstance.
I have been doing my minimum of 5 pull ups every day since the new year and it has been quite excruciating to do them some days.
Yet, my streak is unbroken. Each time I complete them I am grateful for that strength to persist. Each week I write again in persistence.
“A habit missed once is a mistake
A habit missed twice, is the start of a new habit.”
-James Clear
Together these two can be combined into FAITH.
A word less commonly played.
Build on bedrock, re-discover, each of their own, generation after generation, to revivify the ancestral framework from its symbols to sustain fractal family journey.
Reject someday, make today Day 1
Tempest Tossed Souls
Wherever ye may be, under whatsoever conditions ye may live
know this
on the ocean of life, the isles of blessedness are smiling,
the sunny shore of your ideal awaits your coming,
keep your hands firmly upon the helm of thought,
in the bark of your soul reclines the commanding master,
he does but sleep, wake him,
self-control is strength, thought is mastery, calmness is power,
say unto your heart,
Peace. Be Still.
Work for God, not for man.
Walk by faith, not by sight—each step shapes the unseen path.
Strength is built in struggle, and endurance refines the soul.
What is planted in faith will be harvested in time.
The fire that tests me is the fire that purifies me.
A single act of devotion outweighs a thousand moments of doubt.
Faith is not the absence of uncertainty; it is the refusal to be ruled by it.
Brick by brick, day by day, the foundation of a steadfast life is laid.
The wind may bend me, but the roots of faith hold me firm.
To persist is to trust that each effort matters, even when unseen.
Hope and action are two wings of the same flight.
When the path is unclear, still I move forward, for faith leads the way.
Great things are not built in haste, but in faith-driven persistence.

My mind is strong, my body follows.
Discipline today fuels strength tomorrow.
I am prepared, I am focused, I am relentless.
I was made for this challenge.
I embrace discomfort, because discomfort builds me.
Thank You for this breath, this strength, this moment.
Every rep is an opportunity to glorify God.
I move with purpose; I train with gratitude.
My work is an offering—I give my best today.
I honor my body, my mind, and my spirit with effort.
Inhale: “I am present.” Exhale: “I am strong.”
Inhale: “Discipline builds me.” Exhale: “Patience sustains me.”
Inhale: “With each breath, I grow.” Exhale: “With each exhale, I release fear.”
Inhale: “Power and focus.” Exhale: “Clarity and peace.”
Inhale: “I trust the process.” Exhale: “I surrender the outcome.”
I discipline my body and keep it under control.
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him.
Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.
Even youths grow tired and weary, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer.
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.
Run with endurance the race set before you.
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
My mind is strong, my body follows.
Discipline today fuels strength tomorrow.
I am prepared, I am focused, I am relentless.
I was made for this challenge.
I embrace discomfort, because discomfort builds me.
Each rep is proof of my commitment.
Pain is temporary, but growth is permanent.
I overcome obstacles, I do not avoid them.
I build myself through effort and consistency.
Every effort compounds into something greater.

Power and focus. Clarity and peace.
I trust the process. I surrender the outcome.
Breathe in strength, breathe out doubt.
