Evaluation of Ideas Through the a Conceptual Lens of Pinnacle Hierarchy
Whether launching a business, developing new technologies, or initiating community projects, we all have ideas that could impact the world. But how do we filter these ideas to ensure they align with our ultimate goal of universal prosperity? The ancient answer is to become devoted to a Pinnacle Hierarchy, a framework rooted in transcendent values. Beyond time space and chaos, found again and again by prophets and leaders throughout history.
Pinnacle: The Transcendent Principle
At the apex of our hierarchy stands a singular ultimate, the fabric and structure of experience itself, The Universe, God, Allah, the Tao, it has been given many names throughout history, but the Tao that can be named is not the Tao.
What I’m now referring to as pinnacle serves as the ethical and moral compass for all our endeavors. This unified field appropriately bounds us to to recognize both our own benefit and the benefit of all simultaneously.
The alternative is a mess of competing “pinnacles” which confuse and frustrate the vectors of progress and prosperity. Pulling their unexamined hosts in every direction, dispersing them entropically. Depleting their life force.
Why is this concept ultimately Unnamable?
The Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao, as the saying goes. This serves as a reminder that the ultimate good(our pinnacle) is beyond human comprehension and categorization. Yet, its abstract nature provides a flexible and inclusive foundation, uniting a diversity of ideas and cultures under a common aim, allowing the individual to aim autonomously, rather than following blindly.
Primary Self: Put on Your Own Personal Oxygen Mask First
The next layer of our hierarchy is our personified self, your metaphysical body. Before we can assist others, we need to be high functioning, preferably at our best. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually. Our health, well-being, financial stability,(a strong self) are crucial for all long-term actualizations.
Partnerships: Two are Greater Than One
A strong partnership magnifies your potential impact. The mutual support and combined skills provide a robust platform for implementing ideas that align with the pinnacle good. Your primary relationship become the most important as soon as you exit survival mode.
Expanding Outwards: Family, Friends, Community
Each subsequent layer of the hierarchy adds complexity but also increased potential impact. Family and friends often serve as the first beneficiaries and supporters of our ideas, community involvement amplifies our ideas reach.
Maclaine’s Personal Example: The Thorium Reactor Factory
I apply this framework to the idea of building a Thorium Reactor Factory. The pinnacle good is served by providing cheap, abundant, clean energy, thereby elevating human prosperity and ecological stewardship. Personal well-being is achieved through a successful and fulfilling venture. Partnerships may involve scientists, policymakers, and investors aligned with the ultimate good. The benefits ripple outwards to family, friends, and the global community.

The Pinnacle Hierarchy has many forms, but serves as an agnostic and practical tool. It offers a structure for evaluating the worth and impact of our ideas. By using it to align our initiatives with a universal good, we can contribute to a more harmonious and prosperous world.
