Very thoughtful proposal. I worry that we in the Western Empire have surrendered our agency to an immoral depraved ruling class that is presently fighting to retain and extend its control over us. We are in a new civil war being fought in the courts, in state and provincial legislatures, in the corporate media and by covert operations of rogue 3 letter agencies dedicated to preservation of the status quo and protection of the ruling class. How do we defeat these insidious forces? How do we eradicate these malevolent and depraved elements from our public institutions?
Yes, I do agree we have surrendered too much of our agency to bureaucrats over the last half century.
We defeat them by exposing their actions to sunlight, to publicly display who they are and what they've done. Then we need to connect sensible allies, provide them a framework of civics and local community involvement which they must then also pass to their children and youth. All of whom will need to learn to use and carry deadly weaponry but insist on keeping them holstered.
This all happened because too many in our younger generation (and many in the older generation) do not understand the tendency for tyranny is the default and liberty is the exception. Many of these institutions must be dissolved, then a new crop of driven patriots could potentially reinvigorate the space those institutions now occupy.
